You are invited to join an exclusive private Members Club allowing you to holiday in the City Collection’s luxury portfolio of city centre apartments with the assistance of the Club’s renowned Concierge team to plan every detail of your holiday.
As an investor in the Property Fund you are invited to join The Hideaways Club as a City Collection Member. City Members are entitled to use any of the properties within the City Collection and use the services of the Club’s personal Concierge team to plan their trips.
There are two levels of Membership which match the investor levels:
Premium Membership
As a Premium Shareholder of the City Collection you are invited to join the Club as a Premium Member
- You pay an Annual Cost Contribution of £6,500 which entitles you to 24 nights use of the apartments each year and works out as only £230 per night
- You have the maximum twelve month booking window to reserve your trips
- You can purchase Space Available Nights which allow last minute travel (within 30 days) at the discounted rate of £150 per night
Associate Membership
As an Associate Shareholder of the City Collection you are invited to join the Club as an Associate Member
- You pay an Annual Cost Contribution of £3,250 which entitles you to 12 nights use of the apartments each year and works out as only £230 per night
- You have a nine month booking window to reserve your trips
