By investing in the Classic Collection you become an Equity Investor in a portfolio of luxury four to five bedrooms villas and ski chalets across Europe, South Africa, Mauritius and South East Asia.
As an Investor you are invited to join The Hideaways Club which entitles you to use all of the Club properties – currently totalling 39 villas and ski chalets.
The Classic Collection also has reciprocal use agreements with three similar Clubs, allowing you access to a further 180 properties in America, Mexico, the Caribbean and South East Asia.
All of the properties are furnished to a very high standard and fitted with everything you need to make you, your family and your guests feel at home.
The Club’s bespoke Concierge service is designed to make your holidays as hassle free as possible. The Concierge team will plan every aspect of your trip and ensure the Local Concierge meets you at the property on your arrival to show you around and hand over your keys.
When the Classic Collection is fully subscribed there will be 600 investors sharing the use and ownership of 100 properties in some of the most desirable locations around the world.
