The Classic Concierge service is designed to make each Hideaways holiday you take as relaxing and as hassle-free as possible.

The Central Concierge will look after all your pre-trip requirements including airport transfers, car hire, restaurant reservations, in house catering, spa treatments, boat hire, babysitting and more.

They can also arrange for all your grocery shopping to be done in advance of your arrival and unpacked in the kitchen.

All of our Members provide us with invaluable feedback about each location including the restaurants, bars and attractions they enjoyed.

We compile this information and use our Local Concierge’s knowledge of the area to make sure you have the best, most up to date information
to hand when planning your trip.

The Local Concierge will meet you at the property, show you around and give you your keys. They will also arrange for the housekeeping service to attend the property everyday during your stay.

The Local Concierge will agree with you a convenient time for them to visit you during the week to check you have everything you need, but they are also just a phone call away. We put a local mobile phone in all of the properties to make sure you can contact the Local Concierge easily.

Each villa is also fitted with flat-screen TVs with Sky, DVD players and a selection of DVDs, a pre-programmed IPod with docking station, a laptop, printer, Wi-fi internet and a Nintendo Wii with games. There is also a selection of paperbacks as well as a board games and an extensive selection of toys for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and there are cots and highchairs for babies.

For your comfort, all of the towels, pool towels, bathrobes and linens are very high quality and there is a selection of toiletries in each bathroom as well as hairdryers in the bedrooms.
