Your investment is in the City Collection Property Fund; an Experienced Investor Fund based in Gibraltar and approved by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.

The City Collection Property Fund purchases and owns the investment properties, so each apartment becomes part of your investment portfolio. There are currently 8 owned properties.

Your investment is diversified across property markets in Europe, America, UAE and South East Asia. As an investor you benefit from any increase in the value of the portfolio.

To complement the initial portfolio of 8 owned apartments the Fund has leased a further 6 apartments in Europe and South East Asia.  These leased apartments will be replaced with purchased apartments as more equity investors buy Shares in the Fund.

There are two levels of investment for the City Collection Property Fund:

Premium Share

• You invest £127,000 in a full Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay a Fund Provision Fee, equal to 0.75% of the Net Asset Value per Share, to contribute towards operating costs and to fund long term capital investment in the property portfolio.
• You are invited to join the Club as a Premium Member which entitles you to 24 nights each year in the apartments with the maximum twelve month booking window
• As a Premium Member you are also entitled to purchase Space Available Nights for £150 per night within 30 days of departure

Associate Share

• You invest £69,500 in a half Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay 0.75% of the current Share price as a Fund Provision to contribute towards long term capital investment growth in the property portfolio
• You are invited to join the Club as an Associate Member which entitles you to 12 nights each year in the apartments with a nine month booking window
