Your investment is in the Classic Collection Property Fund; an Experienced Investor Fund based in Gibraltar and approved by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.

The Classic Collection Property Fund purchases and owns the investment properties, so each property becomes part of your investment portfolio. There are currently 32 owned properties.

Your investment is diversified across property markets in Europe, South Africa, Mauritius and South East Asia. As an investor you benefit from any increase in the value of the portfolio.

The Fund will occasionally lease properties to complement existing choices or to try new locations. There are currently 7 leased properties.

There are four levels of investment for the Classic Collection Property Fund:

Premium Share

• You invest £250,000 in a full Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay a Fund Provision Fee, equal to 1% of the Net Asset Value per Share, to contribute towards operating costs and to fund long term capital investment in the property portfolio.
• You are invited to join the Club as a Premium Member which entitles you to between four and six weeks each year in the properties during any time of year and with the maximum twelve month booking window

Lifestyle Share

• You invest £171,666 in a two-thirds Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay a Fund Provision Fee, equal to 1% of the Net Asset Value per Share, to contribute towards operating costs and to fund long term capital investment in the property portfolio.
• You are invited to join the Club as a Lifestyle Member which entitles you to between four and six weeks each year in the properties, outside of popular school holiday times, and with the maximum twelve month booking window

Associate Share

• You invest £132,500 in a half Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay a Fund Provision Fee, equal to 1% of the Net Asset Value per Share, to contribute towards operating costs and to fund long term capital investment in the property portfolio.
• You are invited to join the Club as an Associate Member which entitles you to between two and three weeks each year in the properties during any time of year with a nine month booking window

Associate Lifestyle Share

• You invest £88,333 in a third of a Share of the Property Fund
• Each year you pay a Fund Provision Fee, equal to 1% of the Net Asset Value per Share, to contribute towards operating costs and to fund long term capital investment in the property portfolio.
• You are invited to join the Club as an Associate Lifestyle Member which entitles you to between one and two weeks each year in the properties, outside of popular school holiday times, with a nine month booking window
