With The Hideaways Club, there are no hidden costs – Members pay an Annual Cost Contribution Fee (ACC). The ACC varies based on the type of membership chosen. This fee goes directly into the upkeep of the villas and covers all the operational costs of running the Club, which include concierge services, repairs and maintenance, utility bills, insurance and local taxation charges.

Premium Membership

Premium Membership gives Members access to all of their luxury homes, at times to suit them, throughout the year.

Usage Points included in ACC:	120 (Peak/Mid Peak/Off Peak)
Reservation window:	12 months

Lifestyle Membership

Lifestyle Membership is ideal for those who prefer to holiday during the less busy times of year. Whilst still benefiting from access to the entire portolio of luxury homes, the Lifestyle Members' Destination Points entitlement can be used during Mid Peak and Off Peak periods only.

Annual Cost Contribution:	£8,000
Usage Points included in ACC:	80 (Mid Peak/Off Peak)

Associate Membership

Associate Membership has been specifically designed for those people who would like to use the Club’s properties for 2-3 weeks per year or alternatively to complement existing holiday choices.

Associate Membership:	£115,000*
Annual Cost Contribution:	£6,000
Usage Points included in ACC:	60 (Peak/Mid Peak/Off Peak)
Reservation window:	9 months

Additional Destination Points can be purchased at a cost of £1,000 per 10 points. This is applicable only to Premium and Lifestyle Memberships.
