UK Concierge
The Hideaways Club is currently recruiting for a UK Concierge to join the expanding team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that our Club Members and their guests, experience unrivalled service delivery and exceptional operational and customer care standards, during every contact with the Club.
As an excellent communicator , administrator and multi-tasker the successful candidate will forge and establish long term relationships with Members and act as the friendly, efficient and professional 'face' of the Club. Maintaining the Members database and reservation systems, you will be responsible for the planning and preparation of Members Itineraries in the many locations.
The UK Concierge provides professional and knowledgeable information on all aspects of The Club including:
- Property and location details
- Inclusive and additional service information
- Reservations information and procedures
- General membership information

Sales and Marketing Intern
The Hideaways Club is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales and marketing intern to work in their office in Sloane Street, London.
This role requires a bright, confident person with a good telephone manner, who is eager to learn about sales and marketing in a luxury property club.
The internship is for 3 months and is a paid position.
