It is all covered by one Annual Cost Contribution from £3,500 to £15,000 per annum.

  1. Lifestyle Investment

    • We are an established Property Fund with robust corporate governance - we have an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) who oversees all Fund assets and management. You own a Share in the assets owned by the Fund.
    • The capital outlay represents a fraction of what it would cost to buy a comparable second home on sole ownership. The investment ranges from £69,500 to £230,000.
    • The investment is spread across various markets and currencies with the potential for growth and our property team experts track overseas markets for opportunistic purchases and develop properties to maximise investment.
    • We hope you never want to leave, but if you do find that you need to withdraw from the Fund, be assured that we have an exit strategy in place. The Fund is open-ended and operates on a two in, one out basis.
