Set in a beautiful location the Cabro d'Or is an amazing French
cuisine restaurant run by chef Michel Hulin who carefully creates
all the dishes using all natural ingredients based on the seasonal
fresh produce. Together with chef patissier Frédéric Néchaouni,
they offer incredible desserts such as Carambar ice-cream with
mango, rhubarb soufflé and Bourbon vanilla, grand cru chocolate
mousse and Camargue salt. Combine all this with a great bottle of
red or white wine from Provence with vintage from the
Alpilles.
