A small restaurant hidden behind the Pantheon. The menu is rather small with three dishes per course although this changes each day based on the season and what produce is the freshest. The restaurant doubles as a wine shop and thus has specific opening hours, although it also means that the wine here is unparalleled and you can even order a bottle or two to enjoy at home.
