The Club was created is to take the hassle out of holiday home ownership and bring meaningful experiences. With the right Membership level, you'll find a wide range of destinations to holiday at your favourite times to travel. The Hideaways Club has a well-balanced Membership, with Members travelling at different times of year depending on their lifestyle and location. That's exactly why the Club was designed with homes for all seasons
How booking works
We've built our booking system to make it as simple as possible to secure the time you want. Every Member has access to the same intuitive calendar of availability, with all homes shown live in real time.
The value of weeks varies by season, and each home's availability is managed through a fair and simple points system, giving every Member an equal chance to enjoy the best of the portfolio. Availability is structured on a member to propery ratio of 6 Members to 1 villa or chalet, and for apartments, due to shorter breaks, 12 members to 1 apartment.
How do I book?
Each week of the year falls into a week type, ranging from low season to prime. A full share gives you access to up to 12 weeks a year, though most Members typically use between five and six.
You book your time using Destination Points. These are valid for 3 years and automatically roll over at the end of your Membership year. Extra points can't be purchased, which helps keep the system fair.
How do I get the week that I want?
The calendar is designed to accommodate everyone, though your first choice isn't always guaranteed. Weeks are weighted by both season and property, and a live waiting list keeps homes in constant use. The system is built to share the most sought-after weeks fairly across all Members.
What if I don't use all my weeks?
Unlike most co-ownership clubs that expire points annually, our model lets you roll over unused points for up to three years. Many Members use more weeks one year and fewer the next. You can also gift unused time to friends, family or colleagues.
Are pets allowed?
Most homes are pet-free, though a few are more suitable than others. When booking, ask your Personal Concierge if the home you have in mind can accommodate pets.
How is The Hideaways Club different from a timeshare?
The Hideaways Club offers genuine co-ownership - not just the right to use a home. You hold equity in a portfolio of luxury homes through a corporate structure, giving you real ownership and flexible access. Unlike a timeshare, you're not locked into the same week or property each year. Instead, you book through a simple, points-based system and stay where and when it suits you.
