Luxury Apartments and Property Investment In New York
Regardless of the motivations of entering the luxury second home market - as a business investment or purely for pleasure - there's no doubt that having access to a selection of international properties is synonymous with success and a jet-set lifestyle. Our Members enjoy exclusive access to luxury holiday homes all over the world, including our beautiful apartment in the heart of New York.
There's no place like New York, and a trip there is to be surrounded by the romance and sights of the big screen. Our luxury apartment just off Central Park will give you your own slice of The Big Apple, where you can dive into the irrepressible energy of a city that is defined by creativity, multiculturalism and reinvention. The word cosmopolitan could have been invented for New York, and everywhere there's the irresistible atmosphere of a city where it's possible to live out your dreams.
The History of New York
First populated by the Lenape, who hunted and fished in the region, the area that was to become New York City first came to European attention when the Italian Giovanni da Verrazzano sailed up and down the coast in an (unsuccessful) attempt to find a route to Asia. It wasn't settled by Europeans until the Dutch sent 30 families to what they called New Amsterdam, growing rapidly with the purchase of Manhattan Island from Native Americans.
More than anything else the successive waves of immigration from Ireland, Eastern Europe, Italy and China have defined the New York of today. The Statue of Liberty has become a symbol of freedom and opportunity, and the unique intersection of cultures and values have fostered a city that is like nowhere else on earth.
Spoilt for Choice In New York
Our luxury apartment provides the perfect home from home, from which you can explore a place that is often considered the cultural capital of the United States. At its heart is Times Square, where the lights and irrepressible buzz of life will exhilarate even the most jaded traveller. New York has an endless potential to inspire and energise, from the panoramic views from the top of the empire state building to avant garde performance art in underground clubs, there's always something to surprise and delight you.
World Famous Restaurants
New York's food culture has the reputation of being one of the best in the world, and you'll find absolutely everything here, ranging from high end dining to street hot dogs, pizza, bagels and cheesecake. There's an endless list of foods that have reached their apex in New York and during your stay in our luxury apartment you could find yourself in one of the city's 3 star Michelin restaurants, including Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare, with a 15 course tasting menu, Eleven at Madison Park and the exquisite sushi restaurant Masa.
