The Prime Homes represent the most personal form of ownership within The Hideaways Club. Each residence is owned by just eight members, a single exceptional property, structured with clarity, discipline and long-term intent.

Unlike our global portfolio, which offers diversified access across destinations, a Prime Home provides concentrated ownership in one carefully selected home, while preserving full membership access to the Club worldwide.

This is not an expansion of the portfolio. It is a deeper expression of it.

Aquisition

Prime Homes are acquired through a defined process.

Members commit to the structure and criteria first - not to a specific listing. This allows the Club to negotiate decisively, move quickly and secure properties that meet strict acquisition parameters.

Before any acquisition is completed, members approve:

Geographic focus
Minimum bedroom configuration
Outdoor space requirements
Renovation scope
Budget parameters
Projected annual operating structure

No property is purchased outside these agreed boundaries.
