We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Casa Las Flores in replacement of Villa Layan in Thailand, which has now been sold due to major renovation needs and nearby developments, although all reservations through to 31st March 2025 will be honoured.
The development of a vast 6-storey 515-room condominium and 95-room hotel is expected to start soon and take many years to complete from start to finish, and once built, will look over the villa. You can read more on the strategy to sell Villa Layan here.
