About the Property

This light and spacious two-bedroom apartment taps right into South Beach's glamorous, laidback lifestyle. The building is one of the most significant on this stretch of the beach. The epitome of Miami Modern architecture in the 1950s, it was beautifully restored in 2007 and reopened as the Canyon Ranch Hotel and Resort.

The luxury apartments were created by David Rockwell, who also designed the hotel's spectacular public spaces. The use of wood, shell and stone all contrive to bring the natural world indoors, while embracing the original elegance of the building.

The first thing you will notice are the uninterrupted views of beach and ocean. Floor-to-ceiling windows and brilliant white walls make the most of the light. Pale blue sofas and rugs bring in the sky and the sea. The master bedroom offers the same beach views, while the second bedroom overlooks the resort's pool and the city.

Interiors are contemporary and uncluttered, with quirky decorative accessories adding a more personal touch.

For a small fee, residents may access all of the resort's amenities, including its state-of-the-art gym, four pools, luxury spa and selection of bars and restaurants. There's even an indoor climbing wall, should you feel inclined.

There's plenty to do during a stay in this luxury home in Miami: the coolest beach lounges, the hippest clubs, and the most talked-about restaurants are right on the doorstep.
