Elite Alliance is an exchange program for selected prestigious residence clubs and luxurious, professionally managed vacation homes. The simple exchange process allows you to unlock doors to seamless travel adventures including exhilarating ski trips in Whistler, golf getaways in California, idyllic beach escapes in the Bahamas and chic city escapes in New York City.

How to book

Step 1

Visit: https://exchange.elitealliance.com/login/hideaways

Step 2

Adjust the filters based on your criteria and then view the availability in one of the three views below:

  • Grid View - With Property Images
  • Map View - With Location of Property
  • List View - With additional details, including sort by date available

Step 3

Once you've found your desired residence, you will need to request the booking by filling out your name, phone number and email. You will also need to agree to the housekeeping/departure fees for that certain residence, which will be displayed and the booking policies.

Step 4

This booking request will be sent to your Personal Concierge and will be confirmed in two working days. We kindly ask that you refrain from making any travel arrangements until you receive the booking confirmation email.

Step 5

Once approved, you will receive an email from Elite Alliance confirming your
booking and your booking will go into planning. Happy Travels!
