How It Works
1. Submit a Referral
Share the details of someone you believe would value the
Club.
If the Membership Team reviews and confirms your introduction as a
Qualified Referral, you will receive 1 Referral Credit.
2. Your Referral Joins the Club
Once your referred contact becomes a Member and is allotted their share, you will receive a further allocation of Referral Credits based on the share type they choose.
3. Redeem Your Referral CREDITS
Use your credits immediately or accumulate them to unlock elevated experiences, partner travel, premium perks, or applicable Club fee reductions.
What is a Qualified Referral?
A Qualified Referral is someone you introduce who is vetted and approved by the Membership Team as a genuine potential Member. Once approved, you immediately earn 1 Referral Point.
What do I earn when a referral joins?
You receive a larger allocation of Referral Credits, based on the share class they purchase.
Classic Collection
A Share: 100 credits
C Share: 65 credits
D Share: 40 credits
E Share: 35 credits
City Collection
A Share: 50 credits
B Share: 15 credits
Plus: 1 credit for every Qualified Referral submitted, even if they do not join.
Do Referral Credits expire?
No. They never expire while you remain an active Member.
Can I transfer my Referral Credits?
No. Credits are personal to your membership and cannot be transferred.
How do I redeem my credits?
Simply contact your Personal Concierge to arrange an experience, perk, or stay enhancement, or to apply credits toward applicable Club fees. You can also request this through the Referral Rewards page through your account area.
Can I request a cash-out?
Yes, from 15 credits and above.
What happens to my credits if I leave the Club?
All unused credits are forfeited.
How will I know a referral was approved?
You'll receive confirmation from the Membership Team when a referral becomes a Member.
