There are 12 restaurants within the Bel Ombre estate. This one, set in the French garden of a beautifully restored, 19th-century château, is the most romantic. The food is divine and the menu delightfully uncomplicated, yet full of flavour. Cuisine is traditional Mauritian. Closed on Sundays.
