We combine a clear, trusted model with exceptional service, delivering unforgettable experiences while protecting your investment. Your capital is professionally managed under robust oversight, with independent governance at its core.
Application review and share allocation
- Your application is reviewed by Velay Financial Services, the
Fund Manager
- Upon approval, shares are typically allotted within six
weeks
- 90% of your capital is directly invested in property assets,
while 10% covers legal, administrative, and seasonal leasing
costs
