The idea is refreshingly simple.
Instead of investing in one holiday home in one destination, your capital investment gives you an interest in a Property Company that owns a portfolio of exceptional homes.
Your Club membership then gives you the opportunity to enjoy those homes throughout the year, with our team taking care of the details.

1. Invest in a portfolio of exceptional homes
When you join The Hideaways Club, you make a one-time capital investment into the relevant Property Company, which owns the underlying portfolio of luxury homes.
90% of your capital investment is invested directly into property assets, with the remaining 10% allocated to legal, administrative and seasonal leasing costs.
Rather than committing significant capital to one holiday home, you participate in a professionally managed collection designed to take you around the world.
2. Choose how you want to travel
No two Members travel in quite the same way, so there are different membership options to suit different lifestyles.
The Classic Collection brings together exceptional villas, chalets and retreats, from sun-drenched Mediterranean escapes to Alpine adventures and long-haul favourites.
The City Collection gives you a place to call your own in some of the world's most exciting cities, perfect for cultural weekends, celebrations, business trips and spontaneous escapes.
Choose the collection and share class that best reflects the way you want to travel - or choose both for even greater access and flexibility.
3. Travel more, plan less
This is where being a Hideaways Member feels very different from simply owning a holiday home.
Your dedicated Personal Concierge gets to know how you and your family like to travel, helping arrange everything from restaurant reservations and transfers to activities, local experiences and special celebrations.
Meanwhile, our Property Managers make sure your home is beautifully prepared for your arrival.

The Hideaways Club gives you the freedom to return to places you love while continually discovering somewhere new.

The destinations change. The feeling of coming home doesn't.
What does membership cost?
Your membership comprises a one-time Capital Investment and Placement Fee, together with an annual Fund Provision Fee and Annual Cost Contribution towards the management, maintenance and operation of the portfolio.
There are no booking fees, and Members receive a three-year forecast of expected annual contributions, providing greater visibility over future costs.
Your Membership Director can explain the different share classes and help you find the option that best suits the way you want to travel.
Your investment, professionally managed
Your capital investment is made into the relevant Property Company, which legally owns the underlying homes and is separate from the Club's day-to-day operations.
The Property Company has its own Board, including Member representation and independent directors, with Velay Financial Services acting as Investment Manager. Members also receive an Annual Operating Review covering financial and portfolio performance.
The portfolio follows a defined valuation process, with one third of the properties professionally revalued each year.
As with any property investment, values can rise or fall and may be affected by property markets and currency movements.
A membership made for memories
For many Members, The Hideaways Club becomes part of family life.
The homes become the backdrop to summer holidays, Christmases, birthdays, ski trips and spontaneous weekends - the moments that become the stories everyone remembers.
And because membership is designed for the long term, shares may also be transferable to the next generation, subject to the applicable terms.
Should your circumstances change, there are established routes through which you can seek to sell your share, although the timing and price of a sale cannot be guaranteed.
