Homeowner Programme. Members only
Many of our Members own a second or third home that is enjoyed for only part of the year.
The Homeowner Programme enables Members to make those homes available to The Hideaways Club for selected weeks each year, allowing fellow Members to enjoy new destinations while the property is professionally managed and cared for by our team.
You remain the owner, retain priority use of your home, and decide which weeks are made available to the Club in return for ACC Credits
The programme has been designed to be straightforward and flexible.
You choose the weeks you would like to reserve for yourself and your guests, and the weeks you would like to make available to the Club. Your reserved weeks remain exclusively yours.
During the weeks allocated to The Hideaways Club, our Operations and Concierge teams manage the property in the same way as the rest of our portfolio, ensuring it is prepared, maintained and ready for each arrival.

How it works
Criteria
We are typically looking for homes that are available for 10-20 weeks per year, including peak seasons. Properties should complement the existing portfolio, be well maintained and presented to a standard expected by Hideaways Members. Preference is given to turnkey homes in destinations where the Club already has an established presence.
Appraisal
Begin with an informal conversation with the Club to discuss your property and its suitability for the programme. Together, we'll explore the weeks you may wish to make available, explain the Annual Contribution Credit (ACC), and outline how the programme enables you to retain priority access while your home is enjoyed by fellow Members.
Introduction
If accepted, your home joins The Hideaways Club portfolio. Our team handles onboarding, prepares the property for Member stays, and coordinates bookings, housekeeping and management throughout the agreed periods. Your reserved weeks stay exclusively yours, while the Club maintains the home to portfolio standards.

Designed for relaxed living, the apartment combines generous open-plan interiors with a private outdoor terrace, creating the perfect setting for both quiet mornings and leisurely evenings after a day exploring the Algarve.
