Daniel Healey
General Manager
Daniel joined The Hideaways Club as Operations Director in 2020 bringing with him a wealth of operations, commercial and service experience gained in senior roles across various luxury hotels.
In August 2024, Daniel assumed full responsibility for managing the Club as General Manager.
Daniel is also a St Julian Scholar which part of the highly
regarded Master Innholders, publicly recognised as a standard
bearer for the hospitality industry.

Jenny Daviez
Head of Membership
Jenny joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with her a wealth of administrative, operations and service experience gained mainly at luxury hotels. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, she was Executive Assistant to the GM at The Kimpton Fitzroy, Assistant to the F&B Director at BVLGARI Hotel London, Guest Relations Manager at City Apartments in London and HR Assistant at Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris. Jenny has a Master's Degree in Hospitality and speaks fluent French and Spanish.

Alistair Jack
Regional Operations Manager
Alistair joined The Hideaways Club in 2013 bringing with him 20 years of operational experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he held senior management positions with David Lloyd Leisure, Chelsea Harbour Club, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International and the luxury Mulia Resort Bali. Alistair is responsible for managing property operations in Indonesia, Japan, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Thailand and UAE.

Gurvan Quelo
Regional Operations Manager
Gurvan joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he held senior management positions at La Barbe Restaurant and Careys Manor. Gurvan is responsible for managing property operations in France, Italy and Morocco.

Blanca Zorrilla
Regional Operations Manager
Blanca joined The Hideaways Club in 2024, bringing with her over 12 years of operational experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, she held management positions at Globe Iberia and Barceló Hotel Group, which gave her the opportunity to work in various locations in Spain, Italy, and Morocco. Blanca is responsible for managing property operations in Spain, Prague, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, and the UK.

Maria Moro
Head of Personal Concierge
Maria was born and raised in Madrid where she obtained a degree in Tourism, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Before moving to London, Maria worked in other countries including Monaco and the US, and her jobs have always revolved around customer services and guest relations, whether in hotels, cruise companies or airlines. After 10 years spent in the hospitality industry, Maria joined The Hideaways Club in 2014. She loves the exclusive concept of the Club and being able to build a relationship with the Owners.

Irene Santamaria
Head of Finance
Irene joined The Hideaways Club in June 2025 as Head of Finance, bringing 10 years of international experience in real estate funds and financial management.
Before joining the Club, Irene was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young Luxembourg, where she led audits for real estate funds and listed entities. She also worked as Finance Manager at a Luxembourg-based family office, where she was responsible for financial reporting, consolidation and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Irene is a certified public accountant in Spain (ROAC) and holds a Master's degree in Audit and Financial Management. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French, and is based in Málaga, where she leads the Club's financial function.
Daniel Chiappe
Finance Manager
Daniel joined The Hideaways Club in 2015. Prior to this he spent 10 years with Grant Thornton in Gibraltar. Daniel is based at the Head Office in Gibraltar and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance team.

Colin Bruen
Director
Colin has been with The Hideaways Club since inception in 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of financial experience. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, Colin spent 10 years in practice, including 4 years with Ernst & Young in the Middle East, before moving into industry where he was Finance Director at Berlitz for 7 years and Finance Director at Fitness Exchange for 9 years. Colin is responsible for all structural and taxation matters in relation to Club Homes and for ensuring all regulatory compliance across the global operations.

Diana Franco-Montoya
Legal Counsel
Diana joined The Hideaways Club in 2011 bringing with her extensive legal experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, she was Associate Director at Barclays Bank PLC (London) for 8 years and has held various other senior fund derivatives lawyer positions. She has a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Cambridge. Diana is responsible for providing legal advice in all areas of the Club, in particular funds and regulatory.

With a strong background in high-end markets, Elena is dedicated to enhancing the digital presence of The Hideaways Club, connecting with members through innovative campaigns and curated digital experiences. She holds a passion for creating impactful content that resonates with the Club's discerning audience, contributing to its ongoing success and growth. Elena has a Masters Degree in Integrated Advertising and is fluent in Spanish and French.
