Poonam joined The Hideaways Club in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed CEO in 2014. She is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 20 years' experience in travel and hospitality, gained in various senior financial and commercial roles. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, Poonam was Finance and Commercial Director at TUI Travel Plc's Specialist Holidays Group, Commercial Finance Director at Opodo Ltd and Finance Director UK&I at Hilton Worldwide.
PA to CEO
Jenny joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with her a wealth of administrative, operations and service experience gained mainly at luxury hotels. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, she was Executive Assistant to the GM at The Kimpton Fitzroy, Assistant to the F&B Director at BVLGARI Hotel London, Guest Relations Manager at City Apartments in London and HR Assistant at Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris. Jenny has a Master's Degree in Hospitality and speaks fluent French and Spanish.
Daniel joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with him a
wealth of operations and service experience gained at luxury
hotels. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, Daniel was Hotel
Manager at The Kimpton Fitzroy, at The Bloomsbury London and at the
Danesfield House Hotel and Spa. He has also held the position of
F&B Director at The Hempel Hotel and at Rydges South Bank
(Brisbane, Australia). Daniel oversees the Concierge team and all
property operations across 30+ Club home locations around the
Andras joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he held senior management roles at London Hilton Park Lane, The Kimpton Fitzroy and Sofitel Budapest. Andras is responsible for managing property operations in Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Italy and Switzerland.
Alistair joined The Hideaways Club in 2013 bringing with him 20 years of operational experience in the hospitality and leisure sectors. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he held senior management positions with David Lloyd Leisure, Chelsea Harbour Club, Hilton Worldwide, Marriott International and the luxury Mulia Resort Bali. Alistair is responsible for managing property operations in Indonesia, Japan, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Thailand and UAE.
Gurvan joined The Hideaways Club in 2020 bringing with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he held senior management positions at La Barbe Restaurant and Careys Manor. Gurvan is responsible for managing property operations in France, Mauritius, South Africa, Turkey and UK.
Operations Support Manager
Luyanda joined The Hideaways Club in 2017. He is an honors graduate from the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. He gained his early hospitality experience with Sandals Resorts in the Bahamas as well as with CBRE Hotels in London. Luyanda is responsible for supporting the Operations Team on initiatives to enhance Owners' experiences and oversees all operational reporting processes.
Head of Personal Concierge
Maria was born and raised in Madrid where she obtained a degree in Tourism, and is fluent in English and Spanish. Before moving to London, Maria worked in other countries including Monaco and the US, and her jobs have always revolved around customer services and guest relations, whether in hotels, cruise companies or airlines. After 10 years spent in the hospitality industry, Maria joined The Hideaways Club in 2014. She loves the exclusive concept of the Club and being able to build a relationship with the Owners.
Head of Finance
Karl joined The Hideaways Club in 2014. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant and brings with him 15 years' financial experience gained in the Banking and Audit sectors. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, he was Financial Controller at Barclays Bank PLC for both Gibraltar and Cyprus branches. Karl is based at the Club's Head Office in Gibraltar and is responsible for all financial controls and financial processing, accounting and reporting for the Club.
Daniel joined The Hideaways Club in 2015. Prior to this he spent 10 years with Grant Thornton in Gibraltar. Daniel is based at the Head Office in Gibraltar and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance team.
Elouise joined The Hideaways Club in 2018. Prior to this she spent 13 years in banking where she gained extensive experience in customer service, regulated practices and trust administration. Elouise is based at the Head Office in Gibraltar and currently working towards an accounting qualification.
Kayleigh joined The Hideaways Club in 2015. Prior to this she
spent 5 years as Audit Assistant with BDO in Gibraltar. Kayleigh is
based at the Head Office in Gibraltar and currently working towards
an accounting qualification.
Corporate Finance Manager
Colin has been with The Hideaways Club since inception in 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of financial experience. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, Colin spent 10 years in practice, including 4 years with Ernst & Young in the Middle East, before moving into industry where he was Finance Director at Berlitz for 7 years and Finance Director at Fitness Exchange for 9 years. Colin is responsible for all structural and taxation matters in relation to Club homes and for ensuring all regulatory compliance across the global operations.
Diana joined The Hideaways Club in 2011 bringing with her extensive legal experience in the financial sector. Prior to joining The Hideaways Club, she was Associate Director at Barclays Bank PLC (London) for 8 years and has held various other senior fund derivatives lawyer positions. She has a strong academic background including a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Cambridge. Diana is responsible for providing legal advice in all areas of the Club, in particular funds and regulatory.
Nikki joined The Hideaways Club in 2014 as Marketing Assistant, bringing with her an abundance of enthusiasm and event management experience gained at The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, Australia. She has grown with The Hideaways Club since and is now responsible for developing & implementing marketing communications across all internal and external channels.
