L'Atelier

Alexandre Baud-Pachon's career has taken him to work in various starred restaurants around France and in 2004 he launched "L'Atelier," where gastronomy and mountain architecture combine to offer you a magical moment by the fireside and the possibility of trying the latest marvellous discoveries on the menu. This is refined dining with a twist on some of the local favourites. Specialities are lobster and ginger ravioli with a creamy Shellfish coulis and Caribbean chocolate biscuit with vanilla ice cream.
